Wild Yam Cream
It is important to rotate the areas where you apply the cream every few days to avoid saturation and maximize effectiveness by stimulating the body.
You may notice some improvement in your menopause symptoms and/or menstrual cycles within a week or two of using the cream. It may take longer for some women, depending on their hormone levels and response. Be patient and consistent with your application, and you will see results.
Please note that if you have been using the cream for more than six months, you may want to take a break for a month to allow your body to adjust naturally.
Our creams will last up to three months.
Using the Wild Yam Creams with a combination of healthy eating, managing stress, and exercise are great factors to improve the symptoms of hormone imbalances.

The Wild Yam Day Cream, offers moisturising and tightening of the skin and scars, anti-aging and keeping the skin smooth and youthful.
The Day cream has a lighter texture than the Night Cream.
The cream contains Wild Yam Root extract (Dioscorea Villosa), a root extract known for its powerful nutrients and medicinal properties.
Historically, Wild Yam has been used to regulate hormonal imbalances, alleviate menopause symptoms, normalize menstrual cycles, PMS and treat conditions such as Endometriosis, Infertility, Arthritis and Osteoporosis. It is also known to regulate male hormones, making it suitable for use by men.
Our Wild Yam Day Cream is formulated with natural ingredients such as Carrot Seed oil, Wild Yam extract, Shea butter, Aloe Vera butter, hint of lavender and more, soothing and revitalizing the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and supple.
To use, apply a pea-sized portion to the lower abdomen, inner thighs, or breast area and massage until fully absorbed. You can repeat this up to 3 times a day, applying to different areas of the body each time and taking breaks of 5 days in between uses. Men can follow the same steps but apply once a day.

Hello, I’m Danilly, the founder of Talamh Natural.
My journey began during the pandemic when I decided to study nutrition, which led me to develop an interest in herbal medicines and natural skincare. Despite my background in law and administration, pursuing natural skincare seemed like a distant dream.
However, when I saw my mother struggling with menopause, I felt compelled to find ways to help her and others.
Last year, I created yam creams for my close circle to try and provide feedback.
Subsequently, I applied for the New Frontiers program to lay the groundwork for my business. The five-week program was crucial in establishing my business.
And as of June 21st, Talamh Natural was born. We were fortunate to have the support of Barbara O’Neill, who recommended our products in Ireland.
This journey has been incredible, and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting amazing people along the way.
